The heating system of the BGT-2000 series split-type hot air welding gun is separated from the air source. The handheld part is smaller and more flexible and convenient to use. It can be matched with our standard air source or an external air source. It is suitable for welding various thermoplastic plastics such as PE, PP, and PVC, and can also be used for operations such as thermoforming, heat shrinking, and drying.

1.Welding nozzle: Various stainless steel welding nozzles can be provided.

2.Digital display: The current temperature can be read on the LCD screen.

3.Adjustable temperature: Constant temperature control, continuously adjustable temperature from 20 to 620 °C.

4.Heating gun: The hot air gun is separated from the fan, which is convenient for operation.

5.Can be matched with a high-air-volume brushless motor to improve work efficiency. Advantages of brushless motor: no need to replace brushes; low noise, high speed (high air volume); low maintenance cost of 6000-8000 hours.

If there is an external air source or compressed air, only the LST2000-G or LST2000D-G single welding gun can be purchased for welding. LST2000-W is a 50W air source and can be purchased separately.
