Description of PP Board

PET board/bar is mainly the use of polyester raw materials by extruder high temperature extrusion, through different caliber grinding mouth extrusion to obtain different thickness of the board. The ingredients mainly include polyethylene terephthalate PET and polybutylene terephthalate PBT
1、 Pure PP board
Low density, easy welding and processing, with superior chemical resistance, heat resistance and impact resistance, non-toxic, tasteless is currently more in line with environmental requirements of one of the engineering plastics. The main color is white, computer color, other colors can also be customized according to customer requirements. Application: acid and alkali resistant equipment.
2、Polypropylene (PP) extrusion sheet
It is a plastic sheet made of PP resin by adding various functional auxiliaries through extrusion, calendering, cooling, cutting and other processes.
3、Glass fiber reinforced PP board
fiber reinforced PP board (FRPP board) : After 20% glass fiber reinforced, in addition to maintaining the original excellent performance, strength, rigidity, etc. are doubled compared with PP, and has good heat resistance, low temperature impact, corrosion resistance and arc resistance, low shrinkage. Especially suitable for chemical fiber, chlor-alkali, petroleum, dyes, pesticides, food, medicine, light industry, metallurgy, sewage treatment and other fields.
4、Modified PP board (calcium-plastic board)
The size is stable, the price is low, and the rigidity, the heat resistance and so on are higher than that of pure PP. The color is usually green, white, beige. Mainly used to do water tank, three-phase separator products.

Advantages of PP Board

1、 Lightweight, uniform thickness, smooth surface, good heat resistance, high mechanical strength, excellent chemical stability and electrical insulation, non-toxic, etc.;
2、PP plate is a semi-crystalline material, it is harder than PE and has a higher melting point; the shrinkage rate of PP sheet is quite high, usually 1.8~2.5%; It has good hygroscopic resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance and solubility resistance.
3、The impact resistance of PP plate is good but the elongation is low, and there is no environmental stress cracking problem of PP plate.
