Description of HDPE Carat Pipe (Winding Structure Wall B Type Pipe)

HDPE Carat pipe is a high-density polyethylene large-diameter winding reinforced pipe, made of high-density polyethylene resin, PP or PE as spiral reinforcing ribs as auxiliary support, and produced by hot winding molding process. It is a new type of special-shaped structural wall pipe. The manufacturing process adopts hot winding molding process. The 190 ℃ flat material strip and U-shaped material strip extruded from the extruders’ outlet are evenly wound on the heated steel roller mold according to the predetermined position. After natural cooling, the quality of the pipe weld seam is guaranteed. In particular, the weld seam of the flat material strip in the structural design is covered by the coated support pipe, which also improves the quality of the pipe weld seam and the overall external pressure resistance capacity.
