During the extrusion process, the diameter, length and other dimensions of the rod can be controlled by adjusting the process parameters of the extruder (such as temperature, pressure, screw speed, etc.).
(2) Injection molding: For some HDPE rods with special shapes or high dimensional accuracy requirements, injection molding process can be used. After heating HDPE resin to a molten state, it is injected into the mold cavity. After cooling and solidifying, the rod is obtained.
