Description of HDPE Perforated Pipe

High-density polyethylene HDPE perforated pipes firstly should use high-performance HDPE pipes. The inner and outer surfaces of the pipes should be clean and smooth, and should not have defects such as bubbles, obvious scratches, dents, impurities, and uneven colors. Both ends of the pipe should be cut flat and perpendicular to the axis of the pipe.
Automated control of the perforation production line has high perforation accuracy. The perforation can be customized according to the hole size and hole spacing required by the drawing, and the burrs in the drilled holes can be removed to ensure that the perforated surface is flat and smooth.

Advantages of HDPE Perforated Pipe

1. Drainage safety: geotextile is wrapped outside, and the hole is not easy to be blocked, which ensures the smooth flow of the permeable system.
2. Corrosion resistance: HDPE pipes have strong corrosion resistance.
3. High external pressure strength, the drainage system will not be deformed by external pressure and affect the drainage effect.
4. Economical: Compared with other drainage pipes of the same diameter, its price is lower.
5. Good drainage effect: HDPE perforated pipes are buried 0.5-1.0 meters deep in the ground. Generally, there will be no accumulation of water after a 50mm rainstorm. The smaller the spacing, the more rainfall is discharged.
6. High vegetation survival rate: In terms of greening lawns, the success rate of turf transplantation reaches more than 98%, and the greening time is also extended accordingly. In the application of urban artificial forests, the concealed pipes are erected around the root system to facilitate watering and infiltration into the soil.
