Description of HDPE Pipes for Dredging

HDPE Dredging Pipes, made from High-Density Polyethylene (PE100), are produced in various dimensions to primarily transport sea sand and dredge mud in marine environments. These pipes are manufactured and welded with fittings, such as HDPE Flanged Pipes or HDPE Double Flanged Pipes. They are connected using two HDPE Flange Adapters and two Steel Flanges, and are supported by Floaters or Floating Clamps to keep them afloat.

HDPE Dredging pipes are easy to transport and install, making them ideal for all dredging or outfall projects. They are also preferred for agricultural applications, mud dredging, and mining projects. HDPE Dredging Pipes are often used with floaters filled with Polyurethane (foam) material. In some projects, Rubber hoses are used alongside these pipes for river or ocean dredging applications. Due to their high resistance and long lifespan, HDPE Dredging Pipes can be safely applied in various demanding environments.

HDPE dredging pipes main uses: reclamation of land, port construction, sand pumping project, blowing and filling projects related to slurry transport, sand plant along the river, sand plant along the lake, mortar transport, cutter dredging vessel, sand pumping vessel and other types of sand vessel pipe, pump pipe, sand and gravel transport pipe.
