HDPE high pressure fittings are made by HDPE hollow bars and can withstand higher pressure rating than injection molded fittings. Since its raw material is PE, it has the advantages of high-density polyethylene in terms of corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and good flexibility. They can be used in more severe environments, such as natural gas, petrochemicals, fire protection, dredging, mining, marine environment, sewage treatment and other fields.

Since HDPE high pressure fittings are made by CNC lathe, they are not limited by molds and can be processed into different shapes that cannot be produced by injection molding, solving the problem of difficult application of high pressure fittings and providing better solutions for various pipeline systems.

Meanwhile, we accept small batches or trial orders to save costs for our customers. This type of high pressure fittings can be connected by butt fusion or flange connection. We also can customize production according to specific standards such as ASTM, ISO4427, EN12201 and other standards.
