Description of 4CW Solar Pump

1. The high-speed, high-efficiency and energy-saving water-filled motor solar pump is a new product independently developed by our company. The motor of this product is designed as a water-filled shielded brushless permanent magnet motor drive and equipped with an intelligent controller. AC and DC conversion can operate at high speed, breaking many bottlenecks of traditional deep well pumps. The motor has a built-in electronic device that contains a frequency converter and motor controller.
2. The shielding design does not require a mechanical seal, which avoids the risk of mechanical seal leakage caused by mechanical seal wear and avoids reduction in efficiency due to mechanical seal friction; at the same time, the rotor is well cooled.
3. Water-lubricated bearings and water-thrust lubricated bearings are used as fulcrums to enable the pump to work quietly even under load. The stainless steel sleeve shields the rotor to protect the magnetic steel from corrosion and oxidation, and the stainless steel sleeve shields the iron core more effectively. For the heat dissipation function, the whole body is made of stainless steel 304 precision casting as the main material, the barrel is made of stainless steel 304 welding and refined, and the main body of the parts is welded using today’s advanced laser welding equipment.
