Description of Socket Fusion Welding Machine
Socket Fusion Welding Machine adopts hot-melt socket technology to melt the ends of the pipe or pipe fittings by heating, and then quickly socket-connect them to form a firm joint. It is suitable for welding PE, PP, PPR plastic pipes of various sizes. It is widely used in agriculture, chemical industry, oil and gas pipelines, water supply pipes, drainage pipes, etc. All models of machines can meet the relevant ISO and DVS and Chinese welding standards.
Hot-melt socket connection is used less in the connection of polyethylene pipes for urban water supply, but it is more commonly used in the connection of polyethylene pipes for building water supply. Hot-melt socket connection is suitable for the connection of polyethylene pipes and fittings with a diameter of less than 125mm. For diameters greater than or equal to 63mm, a socket welding machine should be used. For diameters less than 63mm, manual socket welding can be used.
