Description of HDPE Roll Pipe
For small diameter (DN20-110mm) high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes, after being shaped and cooled, they are immediately transferred to the winch for roll packaging.
The color of the pipe can be customized according to customer requirements.
Advantages of HDPE roll pipe
1-The length of a single HDPE roll pipe can be up to 2,000 meters, reducing the number of joints, thereby reducing the manpower and material costs of installation.
2-The pipe is fixed on the roll frame, which is convenient for laying out the wires.
3-For silicon core pipes, the construction method of long-distance cable blowing can be realized, and the installation cycle is short.
4-For cable and fiber protection pipes, long-distance construction can be realized.
5-The roll packaging volume is small, which is convenient for stacking management.
6-The pipe inside will be fully filled with some air, and the joints are sealed with pipe caps to prevent pipe deformation.
7-Steel steel frames can be provided to facilitate on-site construction.
