Description of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Fish Farm Cage
HDPE fish farm cage is a cylindrical floating deep water cage made of high density polyethylene pipe by hot fusion and electric fusion welding technology. It is mainly composed of cage frame system, net clothing system, mooring system, auxiliary system and so on.
The cage frame is composed of HDPE main floating pipe, I-frame, HDPE handrail tube and other connecting parts. It is a circular floating structure that can float on the water surface to provide buoyancy and operation management platform for the cage.
The basic raw materials such as pipe, I-frame, pedal and accessories of cage frame are high-density polyethylene (HDPE). The inner and outer walls of the HDPE pipe shall be smooth and clean, and no defects such as bubbles, cracks, discoloration lines and scratches affecting the use of the pipe shall be allowed. The surface of the prefabricated part of the I-frame is not allowed to have bubbles, cracks and obvious burrs, cracks, color inequality defects.
